A provisional booking will be held for 5 days, during which time the agreed deposit (1/3rd total rent must be received (cheque). The balance for the holiday must be paid 1 month prior to your holiday.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

Access to 'The Barn' is after 3pm (prior indication of your expected arrival time would be appreciated).
Vacation of the barn is by 11am on the day of departure.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy.
Any costs of repairs needed to correct damage caused during a letting are the responsibility of the person signing the booking form
