A provisional booking will be held for 7 days during which time the agreed deposit ( cheque for 1/3rd total fee ) should be received. The balance for your stay should be paid 1 month prior to your stay or as mutually agreed when your stay is confirmed.
Cancellation – Only in exceptional circumstances will your deposit be refunded if you cancel your stay.
Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and tidy. Any costs of repairs needed to repair damage caused during a stay are the responsibility of the person signing the booking form.
Access to the Barn is any time after 3pm, though some indication of your expected arrival time would be appreciated. Vacation of the Barn is by 11am on the day of departure.
