Middleton by Wirksworth - Area map

Middleton by Wirksworth is just south of Matlock, near the town of Wirksworth.

Leave the A6 Derby - Bakewell road at Cromford and head towards Wirksworth on the B5036. At the top of Cromford Hill take the B5035 towards Ashbourne, but take the first turn right onto the Main Street of Middleton village. Some 150yds beyond the school and church, No 14 is in the centre of the village on the left behind grey railings!

By Bus

Trent service 6.1 between Derby, Matlock and Bakewell calls at Middleton every hour on Mondays to Saturdays.


There is a local Post Office / shop in Middleton. All the main facilities are available in Wirksworth which is approximately 1 mile away.
